(the son of MOVE 9 prisoners Debbie and Mike Sr.), talking about 
Mumia Abu-Jamal and his relationship to MOVE.

Almost 30 years after the

for parole (see

On Tuesday, Feb. 19, in a ruling unrelated to the pending

Court decision, The PA Supreme Court rejected Mumia Abu-Jamal's

2005 ruling, which had rejected his PCRA petition on grounds that it 
was not "timely" (see

This ruling now cuts off one more avenue of appeal for Abu-Jamal, 
which makes the pending

after" demonstrations following the federal ruling that is expected 
any time, lead organizer Pam Africa criticized the corporate media

videos presenting the evidence.
